  1. Why is the first meeting so important?

    The first meeting is at no expense but is very valuable. It is an opportunity for both CASAPRESTIGE and the client to meet and understand the scope of work, review CASAPRESTIGE’s diverse portfolio, and discuss among other the proposed fee’s and prices, timescales and quality of the villa desired.

  2. How do you charge for your services?

    Prices are based on many factors such as the size of the project/the quality required/ the brands required or whether the client desires local manufacturers? Once CASAPRESTIGE has understood these desires the client will be given a range of design packages and choices.

  3. Can you offer a range of different style(s)?

    CASAPRESTIGE designers are from different educational backgrounds and each have developed a unique style of work. This means that CASAPRESTIGE does not develop designs for CASAPRESTIGE but for the client based on desired styles whether this is Arabic, French, Italian or modern or modern/classic mix, CASAPRESTIGE will deliver their own signature and unique style will be achieved.

  4. Why do I need CASAPRESTIGE if I already have an Architect?

    Architects and Interior designers fulfill different needs for any project. CASAPRESTIGE are specialized in imagining the interior and exterior from an aesthetic point of view and show the real look for the client with realistic 3D images. In comparison CASAPRESTIGE does not show AutoCAD drawings as we don’t work from a mathematical perspective like most architects. This way of working is especially important when designing details such as kitchen design, look and layout, as well as bathrooms, flooring, ceiling design and doors. These details are heavily relying on the aesthetics and not so much structural calculations, CASAPRESTIGE will insure that a unique look is achieved and move away for architectural standards while collaborating with the clients architect in order to achieve the perfect feeling/atmosphere.

  5. Where do we have projects?

    CASAPRESTIGE is proud to be associated with large and small projects on global basis, with among other projects in UAE (all seven emirates), Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Moscow, India, United Kingdom, and the Far East, with unique diversified styles be they modern, classic roman or Islamic for both commercial and residential projects.

    Our highly qualified and experienced design team are deliberately composed of the finest designers from a range of different backgrounds. With such a diverse and educated tea, CASAPRESTIGE can deliver any vision of any client always displaying CASAPRESITIGE’s unique twist.

  7. At which stage should I contact CASAPRESTIGE ?

    CASAPRESTIGE recommends to engage the interior designer as early as possible from plot (sand) stage to insure that the right ideas for the interior is included in the Architects initial considerations. However the team is well versed in engaging any type of project at any stage, be it in construction stage, past the block and plaster stage, as well as old villa complete renovation.
